The HD22020-3 charging module adopts a combined cooling method of self cooling and air cooling, which operates self cooling under light load and is in line with the actual operation of the power system. At the same time, the efficiency of the module is improved, and the volume and weight are greatly reduced.
Main functions of the module
1. Protection function
1) Input overvoltage/undervoltage protection
The module has input overvoltage/undervoltage protection function. When the input voltage is less than 313 ± 10Vac or greater than 485 ± 10Vac, the module is protected, there is no DC output, and the protection indicator light (yellow) is on. After the voltage recovers to between 335 ± 10Vac and 460 ± 15Vac, the module automatically resumes operation.
2) Output overvoltage protection/undervoltage alarm
The module has an output overvoltage protection and undervoltage alarm function. When the output voltage is greater than 325 ± 5Vdc, the module is protected, there is no DC output, and the protection indicator light (yellow) is on. The module cannot automatically recover and must be powered off and then back on.
When the output voltage is less than 198 ± 1Vdc, the module alarms, there is a DC output, and the protection indicator light (yellow) is on. After the voltage is restored, the module output undervoltage alarm disappears.
3) Short circuit retraction
The module has a short-circuit retraction function. When the module outputs a short circuit, the output current should not exceed 40% of the rated current. After eliminating the short-circuit factor, the module automatically returns to normal output.
4) Phase loss protection
The module has a phase loss protection function. When the input is out of phase, the module limits power and can output at half load. Output 5A current at an output voltage of 260V.
5) Over temperature protection
When the air inlet of the module is blocked or the ambient temperature is too high, causing the internal temperature of the module to exceed the set value, the module will provide over temperature protection. The protection indicator light (yellow) on the module panel will light up, and the module will have no voltage output. After the abnormal conditions are cleared and the internal temperature of the module returns to normal, the module will automatically return to normal operation.
6) Primary overcurrent protection
Under abnormal conditions, overcurrent occurs on the rectifier side of the module, and the module is protected. The module cannot automatically recover and must be powered off and then back on.
2. Other functions
1) Fan temperature control
The module adopts a combination of temperature and current to control the rotation of the fan. The fan speed is divided into three levels: stop, half, and full. The fan speed control is carried out by considering the output current and module temperature comprehensively.
