 ZXR10 8900E series core switch interface module is the line interface card. The line card types provided include Gigabit Ethernet interface board, 10G Ethernet optical interface board and 40G Ethernet optical interface board. All optical interfaces of line cards in ZXR10 8900E series core switches adopt pluggable optical module, so the same line card can support multiple kinds of transmission media and transmission distances. Some line cards provide different types of ports, reducing the number of line cards that may be needed in many cases, so that the use can get the largest profit with minimal investment. Moreover, all user electrical interfaces in the line cards have cable diagnosis function. They can detect the connection of cables at any time, make diagnosis for short circuit and open circuit of cables and point out the position of the faults with a precision of less than 1m

he H1XF32A card provides thirty-two 10 GE optical interfaces. It is applicable to the ZXR10 8912E/8908E/8905E/8902E switches, and supports full wired-speed MPLS forwarding.
The H1XF32A card provides the following functions:

• Large switching capacity
It provides thirty-two 10 GE SFP+ optical interfaces and supports full wired-speed MPLS forwarding.

• Gigabit out-of-band communication
The MCS module communicates with the CPU of the card through this function, for example, downloading the CPU initialization information.

• EPLD online upgrade
The EPLD of the H1XF32A module provides the online upgrade function by simulating the JTAG interface.

• JTAG test
The H1XF32A module connects to the main chips of line interface cards through a daisy chain to conduct the JTAG test.

• Intelligent detection
Temperature, voltage, and power consumption monitoring circuits are designed on the module to implement real-time monitoring through the IIC bus.

• IPMC management and control unit
The IPMC of each line interface card connects to the IPMC of the MCS module through a bus to establish an intelligent platform management system.

• Synchronous Ethernet & IEEE 1588v2
It supports Synchronous Ethernet & IEEE 1588v2 time synchronization.

• Power supply management
